Recently, we partnered with Bell Truck and Van, who supplied the chassis, to complete two customised Mercedes Sprinter L3 single-cab conversions for DTF Couriers. These vehicles are designed to enhance their daily operations.

Supporting DTF Couriers with Purpose-Built Conversions

DTF Couriers, a leading name in the logistics industry, required vehicles that would combine practicality, reliability, and durability. Working in collaboration with Bell Truck and Van, we delivered two unique conversions tailored to their exact requirements.

Conversion 1: Mercedes Sprinter L3 Curtain Sider

The first vehicle was converted into a Curtain Side Luton, offering versatility and functionality for their delivery operations. Key features include:

• Body Design:  11'9" curtain side body in white, enabling quick and efficient side access for loading and unloading.
• Safety Lighting:  LED Marker Light Kit ensures the vehicle remains highly visible in all conditions, promoting safety during low-light operations.
• Tool Storage: To offer secure storage for essential tools and equipment.

This vehicle was designed to handle the fast-paced delivery demands of DTF Couriers while ensuring ease of use and maximum efficiency.

Conversion 2: Mercedes Sprinter L3 Flatbed

The second vehicle was transformed into a flatbed combining versatility and durability for heavy-duty and irregular loads. Key highlights include:

• Flatbed Body: A grey 11'9" flatbed body with a robust headboard, built to withstand the challenges of everyday use.
• Load-Securing Features:
• Rope Hooks: Rope hooks mounted on the bulkhead headboard provide secure anchoring points for cargo.
• Pull-Ups: V-groove pull-ups around the body to add flexibility when securing loads of different shapes and sizes.
• Enhanced Lighting:
• The CPD LED Marker Light Kit ensures visibility around the vehicle.
• Work Lights (R10 Approved) mounted on the headboard provide excellent illumination for night-time or low-light work.
• Tool Storage: A LAGO Origin Toolbox fitted for safe and convenient storage for tools and equipment.
