Enhanced Safety & Visibility
To ensure the vehicle meets industry safety standards and maximises on-road visibility, we integrated several key features:
Chapter 8 Chevron Board – Highway Maintenance: A high-visibility tailgate chevron board to comply with road safety regulations.
Conspicuity Tape & Red Door Lozenges (ECE 104 Approved): Reflective markings around the body enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
Standard LED Beacon Mini LightBar: An R65-approved amber beacon, mounted on the beacon bracket on the headboard, increases visibility for roadside and highway operations.
Wheel Nut Indicators: Providing a clear visual check for any potential wheel movement, improving safety during daily use.
Interior & Functional Enhancements
The interior of the vehicle was modified to improve functionality for the crew and storage capabilities:
Seat Removal & Ply-Lined Cab: The rear seats were removed to create additional storage space. The interior was fully ply-lined, covering the floor, bulkhead, inside windows, and doors, ensuring protection and durability for daily use.
Custom Exterior Wrap: The rear cab window was wrapped in white for a clean, professional finish.
Towbar Integration
To enhance the vehicle’s versatility, we fitted an Iveco Daily Fixed Flange TowBar with a Jaw, Pin & Ball – 13 Pin connection, providing reliable towing capability for additional equipment and trailers.
